I was met by Ed Ashworth as soon as I walked in the door. He was very friendly and sincerely showed a desire to help me find the vehicle with the options that I was looking for. He found several vehicles that met my needs and presented them to me for a decision on which one to buy. Ed was very helpful in showing me all of the new features and willing to me at any time that I needed help understanding them or installing them, I was trading my 2015 Suburban in for the Tahoe they gave me a fair price. The whole experience was very professional and no pressure from any of the staff during the process. I would definitely recommend Dick Hannah Chevrolet to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

The entire process was excellent. The deal was made entirely online, and Lesette was quick to respond with a transparent, fair offer—no phone calls required. When we arrived at the dealership, everyone was friendly and helpful. Most of the paperwork had already been completed by Amy, and there were no surprises or added costs. It was a smooth and straight forward experience from start to finish.

A little back story: We’ve brought our vehicles here a few times since moving to oregon. We have two licensed teenagers and needing another vehicle, so we were looking around at various places. One place we looked at was over in Gladstone, while the salesman there wasn’t pushy, they just didn’t have what I wanted. The next weekend I made the mistake of calling the wrong place and they were also in Gladstone. That salesman was incredibly pushy and just wouldn’t back down on the phone trying to get me to come in, especially when I realized my mistake! When we (my daughter and I) got to Dick Hannah’s in Sandy, the salesman was with someone, but he brought the vehicle around I was interested from their website. He let us test drive while he was helping someone else. Not once did we feel pushed or rushed! The other place kept texting me, even wanted to know what the vehicle and would give us a better offer. There was NO way this other place could make a better offer, for several reasons; however, at this point, I was so put off by the other place that they wouldn’t have been able to make a deal to buy anything that I would be comfortable in buying, not even a key chain! Anthony at Dick Hannah in Sandy was great to work with! We even test drove the vehicle, left to meet someone for lunch, and came back. Not once did we feel pressured not to leave for lunch, nor were we hounded while we were at lunch. When we came back to see about buying it (this time the family), we still weren’t pressured, nor rushed because it was getting close to closing time. (Side note: my other daughter and her dad went to Salem where she bought a “new to her” truck to see about the truck she bought two weeks before and to this day, she is still waiting to get it because of all the things Dad is having them fixed before our daughter drives it!) I knew I was going to give them a review, but I purposely waited a few weeks to be even more confident with my review. We all know nothing is guaranteed, not even brand new cars. So when you buy a used car, truck, SUV, etc., who you buy from is incredibly important because no one wants buyer’s remorse! Buying a “new to you” car, is an important buy, who you buy from is crucial! We’ve had the 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for a few weeks now and I knew I liked it when we bought it, but now I love it! It’s peppier than I expected, and it has WAY better gas mileage than our two older vehicles! If you’re looking for a new, or “new to you,” vehicle, go to Dick Hannah’s in Sandy!

The dealership reached out to me after I requested a trade-in value from the Kelly Blue Book website. The KBB ICO Jo was extremely nice, she sent me some trucks to view and get a better idea of what I was looking for and worked with my schedule to get me into the store when I was ready to view them in person. I appreciated her willingness to help without being “pushy” at all. Once in the dealership Lesette walked me through the truck and sent me on a test drive. I came back the next weekend with my wife to get the final approval. Lesette had the truck right upfront waiting for us. After some negotiating we settled on the final numbers and the rest is history. Overall the entire staff was extremely helpful, very customer service driven and willing to help us in anyway they could. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family! Thanks!
I recently purchased a used Chevy Silverado 1500 pickup from Dick Hannah Chevrolet. The process went very well and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I had a few problems with the truck right away and Robin in the service department made sure everything was taken care of promptly. Everyone all together were very professional. One of the easier vehicle purchases I’ve done.

After running my car through Kelly Blue Book for an instant offer, I received a personal email from the Dick Hannah Chevrolet Acquisitions Manager (Jo). Inviting me to the dealership in the interest of purchasing my vehicle. As I was in the market to trade that vehicle in, I searched their inventory and found a newer vehicle Make and Model that I have been seriously considering. Over the past week and a half, I have been to six dealerships, test-driving different model vehicles and negotiating trade-in value. Dick Hannah was the only dealership that I can honestly say I had a pleasurable, no-pressure, excellent experience at. Communication both written and in person was forthright and free of the usual pressuring tactics that I had experienced at the other dealerships. When I came in to see the vehicle (even without a confirmed appointment) it was up at the front cleaned and ready to go. Jo was helping another customer, so I had the great pleasure of working with Ed. Set aside the fact that I got the vehicle under very agreeable terms, Ed took the experience from pleasant to excellent. He was so great to work with. He didn't hold me hostage or keep me waiting for extended periods while he talked to his manager and when I told him I had to leave, there was no stalling or pressure to sign something before I left (something I cannot say for other dealerships). Instead, he closed the deal with two text messages that evening. Sent me everything I needed to get the paperwork complete which I did from home. When I came in the next day the car was detailed and the paperwork was ready for final signatures. Great work Dick Hannah Chevrolet, way to show other dealerships that you can make a sale without using intimidation, exaggeration, and manipulation but rather respect, honesty, and ethics!
